What To Expect
You will book online, pay securely, complete intake forms, and meet with your provider by telehealth. The provider will review history, current needs, safety considerations, medication fit, and follow-up requirements.

Safety Boundaries
Poiema Healthcare does not provide crisis stabilization, detox, inpatient care, residential care, PHP, IOP, or emergency treatment. A provider may recommend a higher level of care or another treatment setting if telehealth MAT access is not appropriate.
