BEMA Health Incorporated is a Florida nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. BEMA Health Incorporated coordinates access to healthcare services for working individuals and families in Florida. It is not a medical provider, a licensed insurer, or a health maintenance organization. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.

BEMA Health Incorporated's full legal name as it appears in its Articles of Incorporation is BEMA Health Incorporated. Our Employer Identification Number is 42-2255493.

BEMA Health Incorporated's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Conflict of Interest Policy govern the organization's operations. As required by federal law, our approved Application for Recognition of Exemption and annual IRS Form 990 returns for the three most recent years are available for public inspection upon written request.
