BEMA Health Incorporated coordinates access to healthcare services for working individuals and families in Florida. It is not a medical provider, a licensed insurer, or a health maintenance organization. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.
BEMA Health Incorporated's full legal name as it appears in its Articles of Incorporation is BEMA Health Incorporated. Our Employer Identification Number is 42-2255493.

6. Fiduciary Duty and Private Inurement Prohibition
BEMA Health Incorporated is governed by a Board of Directors that acts in a fiduciary capacity on behalf of the organization and the public it serves. No part of the net earnings of BEMA Health Incorporated shall inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual. All directors and officers are subject to a written Conflict of Interest Policy that requires disclosure of any financial interest in matters before the Board and recusal from related votes.
7. Governing Documents and Public Disclosure
BEMA Health Incorporated's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Conflict of Interest Policy govern the organization's operations. As required by federal law, our approved Application for Recognition of Exemption and annual IRS Form 990 returns for the three most recent years are available for public inspection upon written request.
